With over 15 years in quality management, Yajaira specializes in regulatory compliance and operational excellence across the cannabis and pharmaceutical sectors. She led quality system and infrastructure enhancements at Sitka Weed Works to meet rigorous Health Canada and EU expectations, including GMP, GAP, and HACCP frameworks. Previously at Oncolytics Biotech, she supported the full drug life cycle under GLP, GCP, and cGMP requirements. Yajaira focuses on KPI‑driven process improvement and building a ‘Quality by Design’ culture that consistently meets customer and regulatory expectations.
